WisToolBox is a complementary software tool for RUI3-based RAK modules. It is available as a computer application and as a mobile app. It also supports different operating systems - Windows, Linux, macOS, Android, and iOS. WisToolBox is primarily used for device configuration and management via an intuitive user interface.

| 2 | Support of non-RUI3 devices (with limited functionality) | RAK modules in the support list Instead of showing an error when connecting non-RUI3 modules, users are allowed to manually select a connected device model from the list of supported devices, even if it is not RUI3 compatible. The following features are available to non-RUI3 users: upgrading to RUI3, switching to AT mode, and using the console terminal. Upgrade to RUI3 (only desktop version supported) Users can upgrade the device bootloader to RUI3 compatible version with one click. No more manual commands input or usage of external applications is required since it can be easily done with the WisToolBox app. If there is an error during the upgrade process, users can export the log for further technical support. Switch to AT mode For the modules in the RAK support list, we provide users with the function to switch their boards from API mode back to AT mode, so users don’t need to use any external tools to do that.
