FAQs
Why can't WisMesh Pad discover my Sensor Hub?
WisMesh Pad and Sensor Hub communicate through the same Meshtastic LoRa network. If the Sensor Hub cannot be discovered or appears offline, verify that both devices have the same configuration.
Verify:
- LoRa Region
- LoRa Modem Preset
- LoRa Override Frequency
- Channel Name
- Channel PSK
After updating the settings:
- Apply the same configuration on both devices.
- Restart both devices.
Why can't I search for an address on the map?
WisMesh Pad requires Internet access to retrieve address search results. If the Pad is connected to a network without Internet access, the search function cannot return results.
Solution:
- Connect WisMesh Pad to a network with Internet access.
- Open the map page again.
- Retry the address search.
Why can't I return to the Spectrum Scan page after switching to another page?
If Spectrum Scan is running, switching to another page may leave the Pad in the active scanning state. Do not switch pages while Spectrum Scan is running.
Recommended workflow:
- Open Spectrum Scan.
- Start scanning.
- Press Stop Scan when scanning is complete.
- Switch to another page.
