RAK6421 WisMesh Pi HAT
The RAK6421 WisMesh Pi HAT is a Raspberry Pi HAT designed for building Meshtastic-based LoRa nodes and gateways using the WisBlock ecosystem. It enables direct integration of WisBlock modules such as LoRa radios, GNSS, and environmental sensors into a Raspberry Pi platform, providing a modular platform for mesh networking and telemetry applications.
RAK6421 acts as the hardware interface between the Raspberry Pi and WisBlock modules, enabling operation of meshtasticd on Linux while supporting sensor data collection and wireless communication.
The board includes an onboard EEPROM compliant with the HAT+ specification, enabling automatic hardware identification and configuration.
RAK6421 WisMesh and RAK6421 WisHAT share the same hardware platform. For detailed hardware specifications, refer to the RAK6421 Datasheet.
