WisDM is a RAKwireless cloud-based device management platform designed to help you optimize the ways of controlling your gateways. The WisDM device management software supports IoT networks of any scale built around commercial-grade LoRaWAN Edge gateways from RAKwireless. Also, the WisDM platform offers you remote configuration, OTAA updates, and scalable management.

| 2 | Gateway system log | View the real-time system log through SSH: In the SSH terminal session, you can review a gateway in the gateway list or gateway detail. It allows you to be able to quickly check all the activity on the gateway and have a real-time view. Historical system log: In the retrieval system log setting, we provide the function for you to review the gateway historical system log. You can choose the log retrieval cycle and file rotation cycle based on the subscription plan. | 3 | Extended firmware update status indication and report | Single gateway update and report stauts: In this release, we contiune improving our management of firmware upgrade in WisDM. Now you can do firmware upgrade on single gateway. We also provide the status of pending and in progress for you to know the current staus of firmware updating, so you can see and resolve issues quickly. Critical firmware update: Except normal firmware upgrade, we provide the critical firmware upgrade at the location level. As long as the FOTA enabled, the gateways will be updated automatcially for the critical firmware. An email with update result will be sent as well. | 5 | Subscriptions flow enhancement | Automatically renew: Now we introduce the automatically renew for our subsriber so users can continuing using WisDM extended service. Before the end of subscription billing cycle, we will send a notificaion email to user as a reminder, so ueser can be notified. Downgrade: For the users who would like to lower their subscription, we also provide the downgrade feature. Users can do the action named pending downgrade during their current subscription billing period.
