RAK7266 WisGate Soho Lite Fleet Management System – WisDM

WisDM is RAK’s cloud-based remote management platform for WisGate gateways. It enables centralized deployment, configuration, and monitoring, ideal for managing large fleets.

Key Capabilities

• Remote Configuration – Manage settings from anywhere without VPN.
• Mass Provisioning – Batch configure and deploy multiple gateways.
• Live Monitoring – View logs, metrics, and device status in real time.
• FOTA – Push firmware updates remotely to keep devices up to date.
• Role-Based Access – Assign team permissions securely by user level.

To enable WisDM management, complete the following two steps:

1. On the gateway: Go to Settings > WisDM and enable Allow WisDM Integration to establish the connection with WisDM.
2. On the WisDM platform: Register the gateway. Otherwise, the device will not appear or be manageable in WisDM. For detailed setup steps, refer to the WisDM Documentation.

FOTA (Firmware Over-The-Air) via WisDM

• Enable FOTA to allow WisDM to manage firmware updates remotely.
• When FOTA is enabled, manual firmware upgrades through the Web UI are disabled.
