The Diagnostics section provides access to system logs and built-in network utilities that help monitor gateway behavior, verify connectivity, and troubleshoot network or device issues.
System Log
You can view real-time system logs directly from the Web UI under Diagnostics > System Log. Enable Auto Refresh to continuously stream new log entries as the gateway operates.
If you need deeper analysis or remote access to logs, the gateway supports multiple methods for viewing and retrieving system logs.

Network Utilities
The Network Utilities section provides diagnostic tools to test and validate network connectivity. Access them via Diagnostics > Network Utilities in the Web UI.
- Ping: Tests the reachability of a host and measures network latency.
- Trace: Displays the route that packets take to reach a destination and helps identify possible routing issues.
- Nslookup: Verifies DNS resolution by checking domain name mappings to IP addresses.
These tools are useful for troubleshooting communication problems, confirming Internet access, or diagnosing server connectivity issues.
