RAK7437/RAK7437C Application Integrations (Optional)
The Built-in LoRaWAN Network Server enables seamless integration with various third-party cloud platforms using MQTT and HTTP/HTTPS protocols.
These integrations allow the gateway to forward uplink data, receive downlink commands, and visualize device activity in real-time on external IoT dashboards.
This section applies to standard LoRaWAN® gateway deployments using the Built-in LoRaWAN® Network Server.
The integrations described here forward LoRaWAN device data via MQTT or HTTP/HTTPS.
Supported Integration Types
-
MQTT Integration – Forward decoded uplinks to MQTT brokers for customized or platform-based data routing.
-
HTTP/HTTPS Integration – Send uplink data to REST APIs or webhooks for web applications and dashboards.
-
Cloud Service Integration – Direct integration with major platforms, including as AWS IoT Core.
Example Platform Integrations
The following guides demonstrate how to integrate your WisGate gateway with specific IoT platforms.
-
AWS IoT Core
-
Datacake
In addition to the platforms listed above, your WisGate gateway can integrate with any IoT system that supports MQTT or HTTP-based data ingestion, including custom-built dashboards and enterprise applications. Future integration tutorials will be added here as new platforms are officially validated.
