Overview

Description

The RAK9105U PowerLink is a LoRaWAN®-enabled remote power controller designed to remotely manage the power supply of devices such as LoRaWAN gateways, LTE CPEs, Wi-Fi routers, and IP cameras, especially in remote or hard-to-reach deployment environments.

By installing the RAK9105U between the power source and the target device, you can remotely switch controllable outputs through LoRaWAN downlink commands. This allows connected devices to be power-cycled without requiring on-site maintenance.

The RAK9105U can be powered by either an external 9–24 VDC power source or RAK Battery Plus. When connected to RAK Battery Plus through the power and RS485 interface, the RAK9105U can also periodically read Battery Plus operating data and report it over LoRaWAN.

Console

The Console interface is a USB Type-C port used to configure the onboard RAK3172 MCU or upgrade firmware via WisToolBox.
